I am so incredibly annoyed There's this guy in my team that started the same day as me and he's the worst combination of incompetent, but also incredibly arrogant and defensive It has been really bad and the quality of his work impacts me and my team directly, but I tried to give him some space and respect his process by not overstepping Long story short, this is now coming to bite me in the ass and even after all the feedback he has been receiving, he always manages to take the most "ego-protection" conclusion out of everything which is starting to make him look dumb AND delusional We had this call today and I was in complete disbelief that after his manager told him he was not proactive enough, he managed to turn it around in his mind and make it my problem LOL!

Well well well He did not pass his probation...
