"What even is a war? Like isn't it illegal to kill people?"

It’s 2017. The Soviet Union are preparing to celebrate a Communist Century. America, seeing a perfect opportunity, diverts its attention from its Latin American campaign, and prepares to detonate a nuclear bomb in Moscow during the great celebration. To achieve this dark design, the government selects their best Psychic Soldier, or at least, the one they want to do it, and send her to do the job. Her name? Typhoon.

Nothing can stop her in her mission, aside from getting caught and failing and being subjected to psychic and physical torture at the hands of her old friend who betrayed the CIA to work for the Soviets years ago.

This is Codename: Typhoon, because that sounds cooler to her. You can stick a subtitle on it. Like Codename: Typhoon – Torture Gayer Than Gay Sex.
