Like it's said that there were no other uma musume or children of her age where Special Week grew up. Which goes to show how rural and small the area she and her mom lived in. Which also meant her mom saw the only uma musume in town (or even the only uma musume in a x km radius) and had to go for her. Or the other way round. Incredible either way.
