“Fetishization of mixed children literally translates into: I want to have a daughter who will grow up into a woman I think is fuckable.” Somebody finally said it! That’s exactly what I think whenever I see someone’s disturbing fawning behavior over mixed-race children. 

Everything she said was on point. It makes no damn sense that we still gotta say it: Black and Latinx are not mutually exclusive. Biack is a race, whereas Latinx has NOTHING to do with race; it broadly denotes one’s cultural identity and roots that can be traced in one or more Latin American countries. It’s that damn simple.
