But I'm just too overwhelmed with the procedures and the system and feeling alone and have no direction because other people above me have different goals for me so if i finished project from corporate, it looks like i haven't done any branch action plan and those people were the one that directly see what i did but the branch and corporate have different goals and targets for me so I'm just so tired filing up report and meeting that got to the point where i have executive dysfunction when i open my laptop

and it got into my nightmare and affecting my home life and every time i had to schedule a meeting i was so drained i can't even function but to sleep and then wake up from a nightmare about my job. It's insane
