A body was discovered Monday morning on Horn Island as search crews continued looking for missing 18-year-old Nolan Xavier Wells. At this time, officials have not confirmed the identity of the person found and have not said whether the body is Wells. Authorities say they are awaiting positive identification before releasing additional information. Wells, an Ocean Springs High School graduate and Southwest Mississippi Community College football player, disappeared Saturday while visiting Horn Island. Multiple agencies have been involved in the search. This is a developing story, and we’ll provide updates as more information is confirmed.
