Every single year I forget that weird and wacky weather gives me terrible headaches and makes me sick and every single year I am incredibly surprised once a freak storm shows up

Just realized that I have been using a rice heating pad for the past few days

#apparently any sort of comforting weight causes problems #and not just a weighted blanket like I thought

If the universe could stop testing my nervous system today that would be great thanks

#first the panic attack after not being able to find the cat #which I had to go for a walk in way too high humidity to be comfortable #and now the universe put not one but TWO funky bugs into my shower as I am in there #I think we have figured out that my nervous system definitely works #so we don’t need to test it any more today #anxiety #nerves #nervous system

Why am I craving eggs when the texture of eggs genuinely makes me gag?

#I am craving fried eggs and toast but I don’t like the eggs?#maybe I’m experiencing a love of eggs suddenly?

When I was a kid sometimes I would have digestive problems that would wake me up around 2:30 in the morning and keep me awake in pain until I had made multiple bathroom runs and typically would keep me awake until 4:00 or so but it happened regularly enough that I never mentioned it to anyone and just assumed that it was normal

#I once mentioned the frequency of it to my mom(1-3 times a month) and she was very surprised #and that’s how I learned it wasn’t as normal as I thought #to be honest I think it might have been because of my crappy diet #because I’ve been eating kinda similar to how I used to eat and am currently experiencing the digestive problems #but I hadn’t when I was eating a lot better than I am right now #turns out having weird food combos (quesadilla thing with chips and salsa and pickles) isn’t the best for me #digestive issues #I have no clue what to tag this

I love using emoticons in hand written language <3

I’m reading a book on the back that almost perfectly describes and shows the middle school experience that occurs around complicated family systems, grief of people you never actually knew, and dealing with mean girls exposing personal information about others that overall feels close to a direct representation of mine and many other’s experiences in middle school

And the reviews on the back call this book hilarious and funny

the thing about art is that sometimes you'll be moved to tears by stuff that is not very good

#one book that made me absolutely sob was a young kids chapter book #and honestly it may have been written badly but it was a 10/10 for me

I just finished reading the outsiders by S. E. Hinton and honestly it was noting like what I thought it would be but instead it was even better than I thought it could be
