One leg #indoboard balance (almost there) with opposite single arm military press - NOTE: to the peeps who are DM ing me with Indo Q's - the indoboard asks you to use your pelvic girdle in a new way (for most of us) to balance properly ..... When putting weight over your head on the indoboard go slowly, and be careful this does not collect in your lower back as your body is working hard on the board and in a new way -- I moved up to 20 lbs here and def felt it in my last rep in the muscle across my sacrum -- stopped immediately went to my #rumbleroller and moved on other Indo work
