Iâve been playing Dream Daddy, a dating game where you play as a dad trying to romance other dads. Itâs not perfect, but itâs incredibly sweet and heartfelt, and itâs something I really like. Of course, I was itching to make dolls of the characters so hereâs Amanda Ann, the main characterâs daughter.
My base doll is the Fashionistas Style so Sweet doll, which happened to use ALL the parts I wanted for Amanda which was a petite body, a Mbili sculpt head and in the Tropic Tan skin tone. Her hair was slightly too dark, but Iâm super lazy and itâs close enough for my tastes.
Surprisingly I already had matching hair for her bangs via my Endless Hair Kingdom doll, so I plugged in a thick row and styled it. I was gonna cut her ponytail shorter but the hair sticks up so I gotta make concessions with the medium.
Her bomber jacket is actually from an Action Figure female and I got this jacket over a decade ago so Iâve always held onto it cuz it means a lot to me but I never found the right doll. Itâs fully lined with a working zipper so it looks a tad bulky, but itâs the closest item I have without making it myself. Sheâs wearing a thrifted tank top I painted over and MTM leggings cuz none of the jeans I had looked right. And her choker is from a Fashion Fever doll lol.
Sheâs not perfect by any means, but Iâm really digging how well she came together considering it takes me months to even get a vaguely correct looking outfit together.
