This was a killer. Front squats steadily increasing the weight, and feels great. My #onerepmax for power cleans is 135#. I did 100 total @ 115# tonight. Damn near fainted around round 8 or 9. Scaled down to KB presses for the HSPU with 35# bells. Seriously a total #maxeffort #wod tonight. Laid it all on the line. (at Dawson Crossfit)
