〽️We have become so disconnected with our bodies that we need scientifc research to tell us that eating fresh fruit & vegetables & moving your body everyday is good for our health....and even then they still get things wrong...and we believe them! . . . 〽️We have missed the mark by such a long shot that we rather choose a man made tub of chemical powder, over an apple, that couldn't be closer to nature, to god .....only because the one has been labeled 'protein' & the other 'carb'. . . . 〽️We don't trust our bodies when it screams for help in pain & we don't hear our souls plight when it cries out for love. . . . 😞How disconnected have we become with our bodies that we can't even make a logical choice of what to eat that will help heal & transform our them....???? We have lost faith and trust in our intuition, our inner voice. . . . 🤗But not me.... i refused to accept that our bodies are just this blog of flesh....with no intelligence . I choose to stop, listen & learn to trust my bodies own voice because it speaks to me in every moment.....its an energy vibration that runs deep in every cell of my body. . . . And because of that trust I am now helping her heal & become strong.
