It’s the late 1800s and princess Jo goes outside because fUCK ROYAL DUTIES watching grass grow in the garden is bETTER then this sHIT. And then meets one of the soldiers called “Brick” when he was wandering the garden. Later she befriends him and her father won’t allow her to see him. But whatever it’s fun to mess with a cadet if you’re royalty. So she secretly meets him in the garden… not that it’s ROMANTIC or anything.

Jock in the 80’s. Brick becomes a designer’s assistant for a fitness magazine and it’s there that he encounters the woman of his dreams. Jo’s abrasive attitude puts him off at first, but she eventually warms up to the big lug. His eagerness to compete with her so much played a big role in that.
