I'm back it! 3rd day straight. Sweat like a pig. Need to burn that fat off and loose a few inches off my waist. Worked all the main muscle groups. I'm sore already from the past two days. That's the wonderful feeling of change! I got lazy. I'm still lazy, but now I'm just making myself do it. I always feel better afterwards. Tried the new Shift Shop Cardio workout this morning. 35 min of 1 min intense cardio intervals. Omg! I am drenched in sweat. Awesome workout! 💪💪💪 I need to get my lazy butt back on track. I need to loose about 10 lbs and trim my tummy up.
