Unfinished Work

This is from March 24, 2025. It was before I had my own machine, so I just used the free one in Harmony Hall.

My writing from May and June. Not a good couple of months for original stories (green), but I did still manage to write every day. That's half the year already that I've been doing this...

'Tears of All Oceans' is a crossover fanfiction between Pearls of Lutra and Moana, although lowkey it's turning out more like Pirates of the Caribbean. Mostly it's a hot mess and I will not be publishing it, but it's super fun to write which is the important part.

Here's a review of my writings for the past two months. Lots more original fiction (highlighted in green) than fanfiction (not highlighted) this time. You'll notice that instead of continuing to work on the DCTT drawings I've begun to write stories about them.

For all of March and the first half of April I was doing character introductions so it was a different story almost every day. Then lately I've been getting into Hamish Macbeth again which is what 110 and 092 are. I couldn't think of names for the stories so I just gave them numbers.

Anyway! Just today I heard DC's remix of Postpartum for the first time and hoooly smokes. That's the only thing I'm gonna be listening to for at least three days now. I had actually heard a clip of it a while ago and I've been looking for it since then not knowing what it was called. SO lucky that I happened to click on it.

My song that I made on the beat machine for the sky creator awards. It turned out okay. I didn't realize there was that noise in the background when I recorded it bc I did so without headphones.

Here is a catalogue of all the writing I've done so far. The highlighted ones are original stories, and the rest (embarrassingly) are fanfiction. I've been really into Skyrim recently idk if you can tell

Hopefully soon I'll be working on some drawings. And you may have forgotten about the DCTT, but I haven't. I will finish it. As well as all the other projects I've started.

I have been writing every day, like I said I would, and it's exhausting. Aside from that, here are some things I've been working on.

First page is a picnic with Diskbug. Second page is Creeks and his fortune-telling materials, and below that is Many Colors (you have to imagine the colors).

Like I said, I've been doing some writing every day. 'Wild Sky' is a Sky AU where the capes are creatures, and 'Dead Ends' is of course Diskbug's journey through Dorian Concept's music to find a new heart. All the other days so far I've been writing Skyrim fanfiction but I won't share it yet.

I know I don't need to do first of the month posts anymore but I think I will still. These are my insane Spotify wrapped results that I forgot to post when it came out. I need to find the top two Dorian Concept listeners. We need to join forces. Together we could be unstoppable

Uh I haven't been working on anything but I have a lot of ideas and hopefully I'll be posting more art and music and stuff this year. Oh I lied I have been working on something, I'm making a video with three seconds of every Dorian Concept song and you have to see how many songs you know the titles of. It's taking forever because he kind of has over a hundred songs but I think it'll be really fun when it's finished.

Also my new year's resolution is to write a scene every day so I might post some of what I write, if any of it is good. And aside from DC related art, I'm working on a project where I'm writing a story and also music to go with it which you may remember me mentioning back in February but I'm actually doing it for real this time. Uh

My finished outfit that I wore to the show! I didn't make as much stuff as I wanted to but I'm really glad that i finished the sweater.

Not that it mattered, because nobody commented on it. Right now I'm feeling depressed and out of sorts. The show was really good but I didn't take any pictures or videos for some reason. I wish I could go back in time just to do that. But I can't, so I have nothing to show for going there.

And then also, I waited around afterward to see if I could say hi to Mr. Concept again. And I did but we didn't talk very long because everyone was trying to leave and get things cleaned up. He did recognize me although he had forgotten my name. I just basically showed him my sweater, said it was a good show, and then left. I didn't even ask about the picture which was one of the main things I wanted to do.

Happy December, best month of the year honestly. Mainly because it's my birth month. The picture is a song challenge I made with unusual prompts, which I'm going to be doing this month (I'm gonna just do a free day on the 31st). And I'll be using all Dorian Concept songs of course. My trip is literally next week... I'm excited but also super nervous and I'm worried that I won't get my outfit done in time. But no matter what I bet I'll have a great time. I really hope I can meet some other fans there to be friends with.

Anyway, one of the first things I listened to was Joined Ends, and something that interested me about it was that two of the tracks sounded like they were being played backward. I thought that the very first time I heard them and always wondered about it, but I never bothered to find out what they sounded like reversed.

Until today! A whole year later! I went ahead and reversed them and they sound awesome, and it's so crazy to think that I've been listening to these songs for this long but it's only now that I'm really hearing them. And so I figured that's what I could post for my one year anniversary post, since it kind of connects back to the very beginning of my listening to Dorian Concept.
