A few days ago I started to watch How I met your mother for the first time because you know, my best friend loves it, it’s everywhere on the internet…So, I watch the first episode and I was terrified when Ted told Robin he loved her. Then I watched the second one and I was more terrified when he threw up three parties JUST to fake a casual encounter with her. Then, I was more terrified when he began to date an ex with who he broke up years ago by the phone on her birthday just to break up with her AGAIN on her BIRTHDAY and he had still the guts to pity himself. But wait, then I was even more terrified when Ted found another soulmate, Victoria, because why not? (another gorgeous woman by the way) just because Robin was late to his friend’s wedding. And then he dates her, she moves to Germany, they keep a long distance relationship but he finds out that Robin has feelings for him so he LIED to her( he says he has broken up with Victoria) and tried to break up with her for real before sleeping with Robin just because his friend’s told him so (no because he has any morals). And finally I finished season 1 and guess what? I was still terrified with him going after Robin again, not accepting a NO again after some stupid romantic gesture and saying that she has to be with him and not with the metro news guy because he is the wrong guy not like him because he is PERFECT.
