Ingredients: 1 cup coconut oil. 1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup. 1 cup unsweetened almond butter. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the raw honey or maple syrup until well combined. Add the almond butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture. Stir until smooth and creamy. If desired, fold in chopped nuts for added texture and flavor. Line a square or rectangular dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Place the dish in the freezer and let the fudge set for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Once the fudge is set, remove it from the freezer and lift it out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut the fudge into small squares or rectangles. Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the freezer to keep them firm.
