Celebrating National Voter Registration Day, anyone who registers to vote in the 2018 Midterms can send me an ask with a request for a char or fandom and get free art!

this’ll run up through election week. If you voted Nov 1st and send me a message saying so by Nov 5th, you’ll still get art.

fandoms i’m most familiar with: Overwatch, Batfamily, DC Comics/DCAU, Marvel Comics/MCU, Voltron, Transistor/Pyre, Critical Role, FMA/FMAB, Star Wars/Star Trek, most tumblr-popular YA lit (Six of Crows, Foxhole Court, etc), Tolkien, most RPGs, etc. My fandom base is pretty broad–in the wise words of Adventure time, I have approximate knowledge of many things, so ask freely about stuff not listed here as well.

As members of the gaming world, we all know the importance of video games to our lives. They allow us to escape the hardships of our day-to-day lives, dream up new ideas, and be a part of another world. But not everyone who needs or wants that experience has equal access. As a result, we’re pleased to announce that a portion of our earnings from the Dragon Age 2019-2020 Calendar will be donated to AbleGamers, a charity aimed at helping everyone enjoy the game, regardless of disability. 

“Video games serve as a very much needed and cheap escape from our tougher realities and AbleGamers gives us the chance to game as equals to all.” 

AbleGamers works on an individual level to help gamers get back in the game through tools like eye-tracking software, mouth controllers and other specialized controllers, and even more complex, full-room set ups. They even worked directly with Microsoft on the Xbox Adaptive Controller! They are a 501©(3) nonprofit charity organization that wields the power of gaming to break down the barriers of economic and social isolation for children, adults and veterans with disabilities.
