Painted with string the other day đ this was inspired by Jenna Marbleâs video where she tries sting painting!Â
Painting makes me nervous because Iâve never thought that I had an inkling of being good at it, but I think this is the first painting Iâve done that I genuinely love

Meet Pikaia (Pi-Kee-Ah)! This Cambrian animal (541-485.4 million years ago) used Chordate (plural is Chordata; this gave rise to the subphylum Vertebrata) traits to move for food, had no mouth, but gill-like anterior frills to filter-feed, and if itâs not a Chordate then itâs a close relative! This is the top view of 1 1/2 teeth, and a side view done of one of the teeth, belonging to a possible new genus or species. Right now they are too destroyed to be able to identify, but with a reconstruction drawing done by me, we might be able to identify it!
