I have this idea where Thragg decides to stay loyal to Argall and serve the new emperor. Except the new is an annoying fuck, so his patience is constantly tested. Could be an evil Mark variant or reformed Thragg idk

something deep inside marks mind causes him to have a deep sense of love and affection for you. these urges began earlier in your relationship, at first you were confused when he would squish and kiss your face. eventually you grew used to him trying to chew your cheeks off, some things never change with years passing by.

“look at you, god i could fucking—“ mark shoved his face into your cheek, trying to merge you two together. you could feel his smile against your cheeks, how one of his canines were sharp enough to leave an imprint on you. completely unfazed by his behavior, you continued scrolling on your phone as mark kissed your cheeks and forehead repeatedly, his lips becoming numb at the action. you ignored the feeling of his saliva beginning to wet your cheeks, despite the many times you’ve explained it to mark that he needs to control his slobbering, he couldn’t help himself. you began to view him as a dog, and in this scenario, you’re the meat. brought out of your thoughts, mark smoked against your cheeks as he licked your lips—“mark! that’s disgusting!“ you groaned, trying to fight him off of you, failing in the process. “no, nope. let me love you precious.” mark snickered and continued his affection.

marks affectionate attacks never seemed to be motivated by anything. sometimes he’d see a video of a little puppy and immediately rush over to you and begin licking and kissing your face. at first you were grossed out, he seemed so offended when he watched you use facial cleanser after mark had just finished kissing you. eventually you grew to understand that he doesn’t have a specific motive for the sudden affection, he can’t think of one reason. there will be days when mark doesn’t seem interested in being too romantic, a simple kiss and butt slap you’d receive once he’d return home. however once he feels that he haven’t seen you in a while, and how you look up at him when he returns home, marks a goner within the moment.—“look at my baby! precious were you waitin’ for me? daww you’re an absolute beauty.” mark smiled and began kissing your lips and cheeks, the feeling didn’t seem overly affectionate, but he was getting there.

the days where marks affection is over the top seem to be your favorite. when he isn’t being a complete psychopath trying to take over the entire universe, he can be really sweet with you. those days are the ones you yearn for the most, because you’re allowed to see an entirely different side of mark he chooses to lock away from the rest of the world.
