you were forcefully pulled out of your thoughts, mark snapping his fingers in front of your face. he let out a quick huff, his frustration growing—“you’re not even paying attention. see this is exactly the issue, you don’t pay any mind to what’s going on, then things like this happen.” mark began to ramble, the leader in him began to show as he continued on with his speak about your actions. mark looked so focused, how his nose scrunched up whenever he mentioned your injuries, the way he used his hands to express himself. mark looked so pretty, the right lighting from the window made his eyes look more shiny, while his muscles stretched with every movement he made. everything about him seemed so perfect, like he was made in a laboratory to be a pretty boy, but mark is infact half viltrumite, and it runs in his DNA. you wish you could sneak a picture on your phone and make this your wallpaper, even if he’s furious at you.

the bedroom stood still, little light peaked through the curtains as mark crossed his arms, his back straight as he faced away from you. he doesn’t know a better punishment, he doesn’t want to inflict anything harsher because that would onto worsen your injuries and cause your healing to take longer. you held the tiniest smirk on your face as the pillows he shoved around your body caused heat in certain areas, yet you were content with how the argument had ended. it disclosed by you agreeing to wait for mark to come to you, because mark would rather he get injured then have to patch you up again.
