3 and 20 for the micro story
In Sky's opinion, it was far, far too early for the sounds of chaos surrounding him.
"How dare you! You know how I feel about peppers! I trusted you Wild!" Four screeched. Sky had no idea what peppers had to do with anything in the morning, but he also was hoping Wild wasn't about to be trying to make a strange concoction from Hyrule's ideas. Not that Rulie had terrible taste, but his ideas were rather strange.
"It's an omelet Four! They can have peppers! This one isn't even for you, it's for Warriors!" Sky heard Wild yell back at Four as he finally sat up to look at what was happening. Wild and Four were standing over the cooking pot, Wild looking offended, Four looking somewhere between indignant and apologetic.
"How was I supposed to know that! You just said breakfast was being made!"
"Have you ever heard of asking!?"
Sky sighed as the two continued bickering and, deciding it wasn't his problem, laid back down to go back to sleep for a bit.
Wild liked the other heroes, he really did, but having been on his own for so long before this adventure he wasn't used to it. He didn't mind Wind's constant chatter, or Twilight and Sky's affectionate nature, or even Legend's attitude or Warriors ordering them around on instinct in battle.
What he did mind, however, was the lack of being able to just go off on his own. Warriors wanted them to stay together, Twilight made herding heroes his hobby, and Wind practically clung to whoever he found most interesting. He got the practicality of it, there were black blooded monsters out after all, but sometimes he just wanted to be by himself.
However, he was currently stuck with Legend during their restock routine, Warriors having split everyone up to get supplies. He and Ledge were supposed to be getting potions, but sue him if he kept glaring at everything in the shop like it personally wronged him. He knew how to make red and green potions! He also knew how to make elixirs and Fairy Tonics!
In his experience, those were better than the potions Warriors insisted they buy. He could buy the ingredients for his potions and elixirs and make more out of them than they got for the same price when buying them made.
"Wild, why do you keep looking at a glass jar like it destroyed your life?" Wild snapped his head up at Legend's question.
'I am not, I just do not understand why we are buying potions when I could make them myself.' Wild signed in response.
"Because Warriors insists on good quality potions for some reason. No offense to the ones you make, but like, I think you're the only one whose drank them."
'Because all of you refuse to drink them.' Wild signed with a scowl.
Legend shrugged, "We're big on quality."
'Quality? I could make more for the price of the ones we are buying, and at a higher quality.' Legend blinked at that, then sighed.
"Wild, just because you feel your's are better-"
'I know they are, I have had the red potions you buy, and they do not heal as much as the lowest strength ones I make, they are doing something wrong, and the green ones they sell are watered down or simply weak.' Wild didn't stick around for Legend to respond and stormed off, running as soon as he left the shop.
He could go back to the inn they were staying at, but he wanted to be alone, so he ran for the forest instead. He didn't pay much attention to where he was running, or how far, just until he needed to stop to catch his breath.
When he finally took a look at his surroundings he saw he had stopped at a small clearing with a pond in the middle. He sat down at the edge and let his feet get submerged in the water, boots and all, he's never minded the feeling, he blames the Zora for that since they were the ones who taught him to fish.
He let out a sigh and let himself fall back on the ground, giving a small smile. He was alone, finally.
