I wanted to try this breakfast idea. I saw this on some food ad via Facebook. 2 slices of organic whole gran bread, 2 organic eggs, 2 slices of ham topped with shredded cheese. First, take a spoon and mash the center of the bread slices to create a place for the eggs and ham. Bake at 425 degrees for around 10-12 min depending on how you like your eggs.
