I don’t usually get political on here. But I’m angry. And I’m scared.

What’s happening right now in the UK and Australia? It’s not just about "protecting kids" from NSFW content. It’s about control. It’s about censorship disguised as morality. And it terrifies me for what’s coming next because it always comes next.

They say it’s to keep minors safe. But censorship never stops at its first excuse. Give a government an inch, and it swallows miles. That’s not a theory. It’s history. And history doesn’t just repeat. It escalates.

As someone who creates dark, explicit fiction, this feels personal. This is my warning bell. The stories I write, the ones people try to silence aren’t just "fucked up smut." They’re lifelines. They’re therapy. They’re how people process pain, explore the shadows, reclaim power, or just survive another goddamn day. Dark content can be grotesque, yes, but it can also be honest, raw, human. It makes you feel. It makes you face what others ignore. That’s why they’re afraid of it.

And let’s stop pretending this is really about the kids.

If it were, the Epstein files would be public. The names would be prosecuted. Grooming gangs wouldn’t be swept under the rug for political convenience. The child protection system wouldn’t be a funnel of unchecked abuse. If they cared about children, they'd fix what’s broken. But they don’t. Because this was never about children. It’s about sanitizing the internet into a dead, glossy facade that makes governments and corporations feel clean.

What enrages me more than the laws themselves are the people applauding them. The ones nodding along, chanting “think of the children” while blindly handing over their freedoms like it’s some righteous offering. It's cowardice dressed up as virtue.

This doesn’t end with porn bans. It never does. First they silence desire. Then dissent. Then everything else that makes art and freedom, dangerous.

You may not care now. But you will, when it’s your voice they smother next.

Gang life wasn't meant for Charlie, you see. He was a scrawny pushover, but he had his talents. He was sneaky, great at finding information, and could keep a secret. At least, that's what Seth and Alphonse thought when Charlie followed them home...

I'm so fed. Full of soup. Yummy, delulu soup. If i didn't have better things to do, I'd write fic about certain blorbos and their complicated feelings.

But I've got my own shenanigans to handle. 😤

And because no one asked, I think my favorite idea from the entire season was Matt, a blind man, using the braille of a dead friend's memorial card like rosary beads as he "prays" was such an insanely painful idea that I started shouting. I'm curious if that's something they plucked out of the comics, or if that was an original idea. Whoever is responsible needs a raise. This season was hella flawed but there are so many nuggets in the writing and performances that I don't really care.

He fishes! Specifically, he fishes by the dock where the row boat to/from Finneas' tower is. It's not far from the Sword & Board, actually. Basically in his back yard.

When do you think he realized that the one who laid waste to his kingdom was his childhood friend. Was it in the shared silent moment between them as their magic clashed, before they would both be sealed for ages to come?

Where have I been these past few months not writing? I’m glad you asked. I’ve gotten into art and winter was literally my busiest time, but I’m done with everything now and will be mostly free during May and June. Rest assured the other requests have been read by me and are being worked on. Love y’all <3

Alphonse:

When you two met he just thought you were a really big fan of social media and had a small following.

But when he learned that you were a content creator, and a massive one at that? 

He’d be shocked that you had that many people who wanted to watch you play games or talk or whatever you did. 

He was always told that you could never make money in the way you did, and he knew you had a side job besides streaming and making content on the platforms you worked on. 

And while he knew you streamed, he didn’t exactly know your schedule inside and out. 

He ended up walking into your room while you were streaming like, “Hey, Boo, you want mac and cheese or pizza for dinner?” pushing back his hair with his hand and leaning on the doorframe.

You told him pizza sounded good and he said that he’d order some, leaving the room.

And to say that your chat was obsessed was an understatement, asking who the guy was and practically fawning over him. 

You told your chat that he was your boyfriend, laughing at their boldness and saying that you two had been dating well over a year now. 

And they loved him! Constantly asking for the rest of the stream if he would come back, wanting to learn more about him. 

And after the stream you go up to him, practically beaming as you began to explain what happened during the stream and how chat absolutely adored him. 

And to say that you didn’t enjoy the fact that chat adored him would be a lie. You were practically over the moon.

You originally thought that once you told him you streamed that he’d be weirded out, but he was beaming with joy the moment you told him more about your profession.

From then on he INSISTED on talking to your chat at least once a stream, or at least popping in to ask a question or say hello to your chat. 

And to say that your chat loved him was an understatement, they adored him, especially the way he doted on you, lovingly. They reveled in the attention he gave you, and them, always eager for his funny little jokes or interesting chats, and especially the interactions between him and you. 

And if he ever joined you for a full stream, oh he’d be all over you. Chat would make jokes about you two being “lovebirds,” and Alphonse would laugh at the remark and slide an arm gently around you as you continued to play whatever game was on the agenda for the day. 

And having your own merch? Oh he’d be all over it, wearing whatever T-shirt or corny hat you had in your merch shop. 

He’d proudly show off any type of prints or art that you had, posting them on the walls of his room, framed and all. 

And if you had a mug? Oh you’d see him early in the morning sipping coffee out of it. 

Regardless, he’d be supportive, and even join in and revel in it all. 

Seth:

When the two of you met, he just thought you did a lot of online meetings off of zoom or something.

But when he walked in on you streaming one day, playing Stardew Valley, asking if you wanted to go out with him to the store to go pick up some groceries, he realized that that wasn’t all that you did. 

And when your Chat saw him, he lost whatever safety and comfort that he’d had prior. If you thought they all simped hard for the Stardew Valley characters, then seeing Seth was like seeing Jesus Christ risen.

You knew that all peace in your life would be lost in that moment, but it’s not like you had much to begin with. 

When you told him what your job was, he was astonished. He had heard that there were folks who made money off of streaming or other stuff, but he didn’t expect that you could actually make a living off of it. 

So when you also told him what your Chat thought of him, oh he got smug. 

He’d be a bit sheepish at first, but then he’d embrace it.

And he’d totally interrupt more of your streams in the future, whether to drop you a snack or some water or just to ‘check in.’

And your Chat was soaking it all up. Any chance they got to see the side shaved-hair southern sweetheart, they would practically turn feral. Some of them were chill, but that was few and far between. 

And then you invited him to join you on stream formally, to play Minecraft or Stardew Valley or something. He agreed and you didn’t tell your Chat until they tuned into the stream and saw him for themselves. 

Throughout the whole stream, Seth was reading chat. And you’d read your Chat before, and normally it was decently chill when it was just you. 

But it wasn’t just you. 

And Seth laughed at every comment that your Chat made, inadvertently answering the questions with his ‘southern charm.’

And when you were farming or doing something in the game, he’d place a hand around you, making you jump and scold him for doing it so suddenly. But he would laugh it off and state that he was just ‘being friendly.’

Oh and your Chat would go into a frenzy at that. If you had fanart, they’d be making it of the two of you. 

And if Seth saw it, he’d practically go ballistic. He’d love it, taking careful time to examine each fanart with admiration for the artists. And he’d definitely urge you to do a stream with a fanart contest or something. (>:>)

As for merch, he’d think it was a weird concept at first but would love the designs and would ask you about a dozen questions about it. 

And he’d also help you with making new merch or designs for new merch, stating that he was giving it “some of his southern charm” and how “the fans would love it.”

And he’d usually be right so you couldn’t complain.

Needless to say, he’d love it almost as much as he loved–
