Being a roleplay asmr enjoyer is so, like, not embarrassing, but if someone brings it up in conversation, you just have to sit there and shut up because WHATEVER they’re about to say isn’t gonna.. be very opened minded.

And it sucks because ITS GOOD. Not only for comfort, but it’s entertaining. Like cmon, there’s Redacted, theres Escaped Audios, there’s Yuurivoice, there’s Desmond asmr, Obsidian Lantern, ScytheAudio, Mage Bunkshelf, Reverie Audios, Castleaudios (Claire mommy), and so, SO many more great creators who practically make shows and the whole entire genre of content is dumbed down to “cringy boyfriend/girlfriend asmr/goon asmr”

I don't care if it's PolyMAAMary or just Lincoln x Dreamer. I don't care who does the confessing, if it's Dreamer or Lincoln. I don't even care if it never becomes canon, as long as we get something, I'll be happy.

But I don't want Lincoln's confession audio to be after some kind of big dramatic reveal.

I don't want the audio of Lincoln talking in depth about his troubles back home to end with a confession and makeout sesh. I don't want Dreamer talking about the literal 2 (two) traumas they went through semi-recently, one of them being violated horrendously by Marcus, to then immediately jump onto Lincoln like he's an unhealthy coping strategy. If they're already established, great, that's fine, I'll eat that shit up.

But I want their confession to happen after one of their quieter moments. Their study sessions. Their Student Union lunches. Their hangouts on and off campus. Lounging outside. A movie night. Lincoln driving Dreamer home after another amusement park trip with Corvus and Theo. Something like that.

They've both been through a lot already. They don't need a lot with each other. It's the little things that make each other nice. It's the way Lincoln's presence makes them feel secure. It's the way Dreamer can effortlessly make him smile.
