And there it is, the smartphone version of Pokemon Champions launches on Jun17! There'll be a Raichu distribution along with its Mega Stones thru Sept2!

He is the guy who remarks about the humans missing the context clues 😅 He might clash the most with Zooble and Pomni rage-baited him the worst in Ep8, but imo, it's Kinger. (Zooble is more him trying to get them to like him and be impressed, and getting increasingly frustrated they don't; Kinger is deep-seated and tied to Caine's issues.)

It's not outright hate or openly expressed or anything, he's still capable of treating Kinger decently like giving him the sole A+ of the group in Ep4 for his individual adventure. But resentment/hurt over being abandoned by his developer that still shows out sometimes.

There's him leaving Kinger to wallow alone in his self-loathing for implicitly years after Queenie abstracted (since Kinger's reaction to Caine calling him by his circus name gives the vibe he was starting to forget it), there's the evil spirit NPC mocking Kinger over his dead wife (and he only told Pomni about Queenie after her possession), Abel getting in some caustic comments to try to make the rest of the cast doubt Kinger (part of that was for the sake of trying to keep him out of the adventure to not blow it, but some remarks seemed more pointed), Kinger being the only one capable of being a threat to Caine as his programmer, and having knowledge of Caine's past failings like accidentally causing Scratch's abstraction.

(And it seemed Caine was prepared to do something drastic judging by the tone of that "Where's Kinger?"/"I think I'm just gonna check up on [Kinger]" Dude completely dropped the affability. The latter line sounded like a death threat 😬)

Pre-registration is live for the mobile version of Pokemon Champions on the Apple Store and Google Play! The game is expected to release by Jun17, listing an expected release date of June 17th 2026, which is the same date that the next regulation (M-B) will begin.

I do treat mine as collectibles depending on the plush (like my Eternal Flower Floette plush or my Trainers plushies), but I really hate what scalpers, collectors (not the ones who do it for the love of the series, mind you), and investors have done to this franchise, man.
