and then no one takes your issues seriously cause you can't present them as emotionally charged so apparently they have absolutely no value at all

istg this happens so many times especially with specialists doctors psychiatrists etc man i'm telling you i have this issue it's distressing it's pathological it's hurting i need you to do your job why are you telling me i'm fine without even listening 😭 and then i get to have long term complications and "why didn't you come sooner to have it checked out" I DID YOU SAID I WAS MANNERLY

If I’m gunna suffer anyways I might as well make it so I deserve it.
