So I’ll start with the main trio; Angie, Marie and Marie(まりえ)

Three gals who meet after following bear-like creatures(Mocha, Latte and Milk) (pick your favorite rendition of them) into the woods/forests of wherever they were, but they end up in the same place after unknowingly crossing a fae circle/gateway. The place they end up in would be somewhat similar to Miitopia just without the curse or Great Sage. They end up finding Mocha, Latte and Milk, and they sorta become familiars for them, the group wonder around and find a village, so they go into one of the shops(the café) to figure out “where the heck are we?”. So they go inside and meet the kind owners, Carlo and Masako, who let the trio stay and helps them get acquainted with their new surroundings
