I worked way too hard on this: an isolated version of Rosella's walk cycle from King's Quest VII. For some reason I can’t find any sprite sheets of her, so I made these my own janky, time-consuming way just so I could study the animation. It's a 10-frame cycle, BTW!

Playing KQVII as a kid, this game was my first time really noticing that animated characters could have their own unique walks. Rosella’s toe-heel step always struck me as very refined and princess-like. And I've always loved the way her hair swishes!!

No actually, do get loud when you see this kind of thing. I've already sent emails to this company about the use of trans exclusive language. I think we shouldn't allow companies to say 'LGBTQ+ inclusive' and then not even give the basic grace of using trans-inclusive language. Either fix the language, or tell us what you really mean, and drop the 'T' from 'LGBTQ+'. It's basic grace and decency at this point.

I know we are all used to having to shop in the wrong gendered section, but I think that if a business touts their LGBTQ+ inclusivity, then I need transgender people to be accounted for. We shouldn't have to 'put up' with this from 'inclusive' businesses.

I also like, do think that companies' treatment or lack thereof of transgender women is very telling. If my trans woman friends aren't accounted for, then how can you call that inclusive? If they don't have all of our backs, they have none of our backs. Also like lol call me crazy. But I do actually. Want my friends to feel comfortable and not have to be misgendered constantly by companies claiming to have been inclusive.

#I keep thinking a lot lately about making a database of transfem friendly businesses - an anonymously collected database of places where #women have had good or bad experiences - I was thinking about it the other day at the chemist where I had a sudden surprise physical exam #And I was freaking out a little like 'she is going to see my peanurts and be upset' but the chemist was very polite and only asked if #the old name they have was correct or if it had been updated. And I was like 'oh thank god. wait this must be so much more scary #for my trans women friends' and so I was thinking it would be nice to have a database of women's experiences with businesses.#I feel like I could never collect enough data with it to make it truly useful.. But I might set up the page anyways I suppose. If I just #have an email form then people can send in whatever whenever anyways. So I'll think about it a little more. The only other thing is #If you are visibly trans and like visit a small town business then post a review that you were treated badly. To a place you have to go to #lot. Then like that puts you in danger right. But I also think like that ought to be up to everybody to individually decide what they feel #about putting these things out. Oh the only other thing is how on earth I would sort a database like that out.#It would for sure be a learning experience for me. But I keep rolling it around in my mind. Also yes it would be for #Trans Misogyny Affected people only to submit. But anybody could and should use it because yeah if they are inclusive to trans women and #transfemmes then I guarantee they will be inclusive in general #And if they are exclusionary then well that is also so important to know #Anyways just rolling it around in my mind. Give me your thoughts in my askbox if you have thoughts on that #Oh um also this would not be my first database type site like this. I just don't know how to upscale if it does come to that is my only #concern #So like it is doable

my new idea to make the tumblr experience worse: instead of going to a moderation team that does nothing, every time u report a post or a blog it gets sent to the inbox of a completely random tumblr blog that can choose to either resolve it or send it to someone else (also random). with how many inactive blogs this site has the amount of reports that actually get resolved will not change

That painting was very fun, because on each step of it, I tried that the next method would utterly destroy it, and I would work with what I could salvage, so in the end, it was torn and smudged and fading all over. I did not know if it would make it out alive,but to be honest, I was painting to paint
