lol this is another thing i’ve seen people complaining about… that dean knew ruby and sam had a sexual relationship so he shouldn’t be reacting this way to that information now but he’s NOT reacting to the fact of their sexual relationship with shock as if he hadn’t known about it he’s reacting with shock that of everything they knew about ruby that this was what CAS CHOSE TO POINT OUT IN THIS MOMENT THAT is what dean is all wtf about here… ruby… the demon that manipulated and betrayed them into bringing on the apocalypse the one who ensured that dean’s soul wound up in hell and that sam would eventually free lucifer oh THAT demon… but no cas literally picks out the fact that she and sam were sexually intimate instead like… LOLOLOL i mean… why chose THIS specific thing to remind us of ruby in this moment? oh is it because ruby once described herself to sam as ‘the little fallen angel on his shoulder’ and in s4 her arc with sam was a direct parallel of cas’s arc with dean? only she ended betraying them while cas ended up betraying heaven FOR them like… THIS is the interesting angle from which to approach this comment bucklemming canon acrobatics destiel (via mittensmorgul)

To me, I always saw it as just Dean giving a side eye to the wording Cas used - all “proper like”.

one thing i love about the future is how after cas defeats dagon he's all like "dean. you're hurt." and healing him and then exactly 5 seconds later he's knocking dean out with his powers and letting him just fall to the ground. he is so fucking funny.

i need you guys to understand and fully comprehend that dean and cas are 100% gossip wives. they shit talk all the time… when they’re on a case, when they’re bored, they even shit talked sam canonically in that one episode with his stupid cardigan. castiel is THE gossiper, and dean is the receiver of said gossip. their dynamic is beautiful.
