My reasons for believing that Ralsei is transfem (and trying to debunk a few counterarguments)
I believe that Deltarune heavily implies Ralsei to be transfem, because of
The game having heavy themes of freedom coming from becoming your own person
Ralsei being associated with the ribbons, while they themself associate them with Susie, who is "The Girl" in the prophecy
Also the ribbons being white, pink, blue, and then princess
The climbing minigame princess scene showing Ralsei wanting to experiment with their gender
Lost Girl playing in Ralsei's room, in a scene where they talk about not really having an identity of their own
The entire fucking drink voucher scene with Flowery
Chapter 5 being the chapter that explores gender the most, while also being the Chapter that has the biggest focus on Ralsei
The entire fucking stairway scene with Flowery
Ralsei being forced into a closet and wear their hat by Flowery
The Dark Vine Title using They/Them pronouns for Ralsei
Asgore's line about Ralsei not having to hide themself
Toby Fox knowing enough about trans people for this to not be accidental (he wrote Mew Mew and Mettaton as well as having trans people on his main team), additionally these examples have not been patched out, which would have precedence, due to the Chapter 4 Weird Route scene being changed after controversy

Now to try and debunk some counterarguments I've seen
"Ralsei doesn't want to be a princess in the climbing minigame scene" this one is so baffling I don't even know what to say (also I already made a post about that one)
"Flowery calls everyone princess" wrong he only compares the group collectively to princesses twice, and never calls Kris princess, also the one time he calls Ralsei princess is emphasised a lot, so it's probably significant
"The ´Nah Bro´ option in the climbing minigame scene would be misgendering and Toby wouldn't put an option like that in the game." Fair point, but A: ´Good, keep smiling´ is probably just as, if not more cruel, and B: Ralsei is not officially out
"The They/Them in the Dark Vine title is for the vine" THE VINE IS RALSEI!!
"The Dark vine title doesn't use pronouns in japanese, so it's not significant" Then why doesn't it use He/Him pronouns in english?
"Most titles that refer to Ralsei are masculine" Because that is how they themself and the prophecy see Ralsei
"Flowery uses princess as an insult against Ralsei" A: This is the scene where he's earnest with Ralsei (he even disables his voice clips in that scene), why would he insult them at the last second B: if the line were an insult there would probably be a voice clip C: Flowery does not insult Ralsei just to bully them, he teases them, so that they actually set some boundaries for themself, and realise [they] could be happy
"The ´LovelyBoy´ ACT" It's an act, it's just as performative as the flirting in the same fight, also Ralsei transforms into a plush, perhaps implying, that they can't perform that act in their current form
"The Blue and Pink is about Kris" A: Flowery tells Ralsei to not worry about Kris B: if it were why mention two colours when Susie's is only one C: Why would a scene about Ralsei's agency be about Ralsei liking Kris
"The drink voucher scene is skippable" so is the ferris wheel scene in Chapter 2, and so is the line: "YOU are welcome here any time"
"The game still uses masculine terms for Ralsei" Guess what terms and pronouns transfems use before coming out (same thing with Asgore using masculine pronouns for Ralsei in the japanese translation)
"Flowery still uses masculine terms and pronouns for Ralsei" Fair point, but A: He probably wouldn't forcibly out Ralsei and B: Tutorial Boy is definitely an insult (Flowery is poking at Ralsei's role as the guide here, so it wouldn't surprise me if he also poked at their role as the prince)
"All these things mean something else" Things can mean more than one thing, dipshit
