“Yes.” With a flourish, Nethra pulled back the sleeve of his robe, revealing his heavily scarred arm, where some muscle indeed showed through as he flexed. 

“You could have, but the fact that you’d need blood magic in order to kidnap me just tells me how weak you are. You shouldn’t need blood magic.”
