I've been using this illustration as my Steam and Discord avatar for well over a decade at this point.

(For the curious, this is a piece by David Mattingly – yes, the Animorphs cover guy – for the 1982 printing of Barbara Hambly's The Time of the Dark. The story's opening chapter concerns a wizard named Ingold – pictured here – travelling to present-day Earth to escape the obligatory Great Evil, and landing in the kitchen of a woman who's been having prophetic dreams about him. The cover art's framing is slightly misleading, as it implies that the protagonist walked into her kitchen and found a wizard drinking her beer, while in the actual book she's the one who gave it to him. The state of the dishes, however, is exactly as described in the text.)
