(Every story is made of tropes, just like how every sentence is made of words. Still, some tropes can feel a bit overused if a storyteller doesn't do something different with them. What do you think could be an interesting variation to this trope? It doesn't need to be elaborate or surprising or original, just something that might appeal to you personally.)

A specific character is telling the story, but the twist is they don’t realize they’re the villain until the final chapter.

I would say… an 8. It’s not a 10 cuz I don’t like rain itself but the thunder is an elite background noise and watching the lightning is glorious

Thunder carries. Rain catches strays. Thunder makes the world feel bigger. Rain just makes everything damp. If thunderstorms were just thunder, it’d be a 10. Unfortunately, rain insisted on being part of the group project.

Lizard-themed, and I don’t even think it’s close.

An octopus house would be impressive, but it’d also feel… damp?

Every lamp has suction cups. Every chair has eight legs. The showerhead looks like it’s judging you.*Full body shudder*Your cereal bowl has tiny tentacle handles. It’s all just a little too trypophobia for me😭

A lizard house, though–

Coffee table with chunky gecko feet.

Sofa with textured fabric.

Dragon-inspired chandelier.

Cabinet handles that look like curled tails.

Tiny salamander-shaped night lights🤩

Doormat that says “SHED YOUR WORRIES AT THE DOOR.”

The vibe can range from “cute desert cottage” to “ancient dragon castle”

But anyway ... I guess I'm going to be raising it now. Any recommendations for what I should call it?

I appreciate you taking the time to send this though! I’ve recently watched a show called The Polygamist and I’m still seething because there were so many plot twists, but I’d definitely recommend it… I can’t remember any of my favorites atm but I’ll edit this eventually once I remember😭
