as if george hasn't been having bad enough of a time with his teenage teammate outperforming him, the team forgot to make him serve his penalty and so it really does looks like someone doubled it and gave it to him. punishment for calling kim lewis' "new" gf.

but lando is now competing with him for worst-luck-and-most-incompetent-team and so far they're going bar for bar. alas for lando the astons seem to be more reliable than this joke of a team.

speaking of incompetent teams, I will now report on the blueprint of them all -- contrary to mercedes, ferrari repaid leclerc's loyalty to the team by making him serve a penalty that was meant for his team, because we all know ferrari is all about the "sharing is caring" sentiment. and then leclerc put it in the wall and assured everyone watching at home on the radio that it wasn't him it was the car :) but it's okay he can buy another yacht about it :)

meanwhile the other drivers (that didn't dnf that is -- they all went out in their own creative ways) are all competing for speeding-in-the-pitlane penalties. one of them got it, and then the rest followed because fomo.
