mm. I need to focus some more on garment sewing and pattern making/understanding
as I just spent the last hour ish going slightly bonkers trying to work out how to make a thing I thought up, while Bear questioned how that would work (like, in a topological, laws of physics sense)
and coming to the slow, dawning realisation that what I thought was a perfectly reasonable sun cover top was actually some kind of moebius strip
if you complete one task off your to do list you should be allowed 3 days of chilling afterwards as a reward
i noticed that there's regional differences between how many lives a cat has, and which cloud you are on when you're very happy
and i have found this map about how many lives cats have in europe
(x)
but i can't find anything about the clouds. i wonder if it's the same. i know for germany at least that cats have seven lives and that you are on cloud seven
wait, i can make a poll about it
which numbers are used where you're from?
7 lives, cloud 7
7 lives, cloud 9
9 lives, cloud 7
9 lives, cloud 9
ideally also reblog and put in the tags where you're from and what you use
ooh in more positive news
guess who's worked out how to make adjustable straps for bags and such!

I might be starting a new medication by the end of the month
which might. actually work. and make my brain function properly. incredible.
so. It's now (more than) a month later
I still haven't started the meds because of Admin Nonsense
but I am significantly closer to it and might be sorted by the end of next month
Been colouring some pictures :3
me: Hello receptionist, I need a very specific document sent to me please
receptionist: I can do that :D
me: thank you, please remember it much be this Very Specific Thing
receptionist: yes yes of course :D
email: Absolutely Not The Correct Document, Not Even Slightly
me: ... right yes. what did I expect.
Imagine the level of whimsy I could reach if I just had $5M in my bank account rn

6. what books have you read in the last month?
9. when do you tend to read most?
(did 6!)
I read the most when I'm in a field!
We go camping a couple times a year, and I tend to read a lot while I'm just vibing and hanging out. Or when it's raining!
Sitting snuggly in my tent, while rain drums the canvas, is the perfect relaxing reading time for me.
At home, I used to read before bed, but um. I'd end up not sleeping so... I mostly just read while sitting at my desk now.
book ask: 6
what books have you read in the last month?
I finished Apparently, Sir Cameron Needs To Die, and got a few more pages into my re-read of Dungeon Crawler Carl!
I'm meant to be reading the newest DCC (A Parade of Horribles) but I keep um. forgor to~ ♪(´▽`)
sometimes grief can be funny
I'm sat here crying while looking at the wikipedia page for woodlouse
the problem with being a very loosey goosey kind of person is that when I want to start tracking something (like what books I've read) is
I have to somehow remember what I've been doing
I'm on storygraph now (@ capydoodle) (not the tumblr user)
but I will probably be adding whatever I remember I've read in random chunks over time. as uh. I don't think there's "every book in [specific high school library] over 2003-2004" as a list option
book asks:
book you’ve reread the most times?
top 5 books of all time?
what is your favourite genre?
what sections of a bookstore do you browse?
where do you buy books?
what books have you read in the last month?
is there a series/book that got you into reading?
what is the first book you remember reading yourself?
when do you tend to read most?
do you have a guilty fav?
what non-fiction books do you like if any?
did you enjoy any compulsory high school readings?
do you have a goodreads?
do you ever mark/dog ear books you own?
recommend and review a book.
how many books have you read this year?
top 5 children’s books?
do you like historical books? which time period?
most disliked popular books?
what are things you look for in a book?

My son Tyler for attention ^^^
That's right, because this is a fundraiser!
Hello! My name is Mar. I'm a transmasc enby artist type, and I am… Mar Graham needs your support for help Mar recover from being literally d
HI my name is Mar and I got literally driven off a trail path, down a steep incline, and into a rocky, muddy river that destroyed a bunch of my important belongings including my CPAP (aka thing keeping me from dying in my sleep), bike (aka only transportation), and ipad (aka thing I draw stuff for my Etsy shop on)! I also lost my glasses and my phone in the river. I didn't break any bones but I did nearly drown, get bruised and shredded up by the trees and rocks, spent hours sopping wet in the hospital getting x-rays and a tetanus shot, and nearly scared my poor partner to death since my GPS stopped pinging when my phone sunk like the Titanic. Thankfully I was wearing a helmet, so my head is about as okay as it was prior to rocketing into the Humber and nearly dying. WEAR A HELMET.
I am disabled and undergoing a litany of medical treatments on the regular (I literally just finished getting my brain clinically electrocuted every day for a few weeks), so uh..... this is a bad time! Help and shares greatly appreciated, or please consider my afforementioned Etsy if you like horror, cats, anime, and pop culture stickers.
The goal is the bare minimum, doesn't even cover the cost of a replacement cpap, so anything over will fund further repairs and a new pair of glasses. Oh. And replacement meds, those got turned into mud too, but I have enough of those to last a month or so in my backup stash and hopefully that will carry me over until refill time.
Here is another Tyler for your trouble, thank you for reading and hopefully sharing!
