N/A: Hey chat!, so I came up with these silly headcannons. I'm going to be very honest with y'all, this is my first time doing something like this, so please let me know what you think, because in case you find the headcannons accurate, I would like to write some fanfics based on them (I'm going crazy with the lack of fanfics/contents about them, sorry).

Ok, let's cut to the chase.

꩜ I 100% believe that Chema and Ángela started dating after the events of the movie. You cannot make me think otherwise on this one.

꩜ Even tho I picture them starting a relationship, it wouldn't be easy at the beggining. You have to consider that both had to kill someone in self defense and went through traumatic events, so they would be dealing with PSTD. Plus, Chema would still feel embarrased about the whole "stalker tape" situation.

꩜ Ángela would have a pretty hard time dealing with everything. I mean, besides the couple of times she was about to be killed, the cops interrogating her, and the fact that she ended up dropping her thesis, I think she would feel really guilty for doubting Chema and, at the same time, for being sorry that Bosco was the killer. It's really probable that she suffers from constant nightmares that have Bosco in them.

꩜ Chema would perceive that and it would make him feel insecure because he would feel like Ángela talks or hangs out with him out of pity. Deep down, he still can't believe that someone like her even looks at him.

꩜ Of course they would engage in arguments for this (let's be real, they screamed at eachother and argued like half of the movie). I think they would reach a point of inflexion the moment someone mentions Bosco and then it would be evident for both that there are some things left unclear.

꩜ Eventually, they would reconcile. They went through a lot of pretty bad stuff together to pretend they don't know eachother and fall apart. Chema would have to swallow his pride and insecurities and Ángela would have to learn to live with the fact that Bosco wasn't what he seemed.

꩜ They would start to spend more time at Chema's. He would invite her and it would be awkward because if they weren't there to watch violent movies, then why were there on the first place, right? Chema would crack a joke about it. They would settle for watching your tipical mainstrean horror movie (something like 'A Nightmare on Elm Street'). I don't think that Chema would drop all of sudden the snuff movie stuff even after what happened, tho.

꩜ It's in these instances when they would start to hold hands. If Chema is feeling confident he would wrap his arm around Ángela. When this becomes a habit, I think they would start kissing. In that sense, I believe Ángela would be the first to take that step. She would make him look at her and then, directly tell him something along the lines of "Chema, voy a besarte".

꩜ In other occasions, Chema would like to take the initiative. He would be walking with Ángela through university hallways and when they take a turn around a corner, he just kisses her out of nowhere, until she is pressed against a wall and her books and carpets fall and scatter across the floor. Unlike their other kisses, this would be sloppy and messy.

꩜ Eventually, Ángela would start to spend the night at Chema's. This would worry him, because you have to consider that, all this time, he hasn't stopped throwing hints and his usual double entendre jokes at her (he literally spent all the movie doing that btw). He would let her have his bed and when Ángela asks him why don't they just sleep in the same bed, he would blatantly lie and tell her he prefers the floor or something like that.

꩜ Once Ángela falls asleep, Chema would observe her, but not in a "stalker" way, more like in an admiring way. He would find that she's almost like a princess while sleeping and that she looks totally out of place in the middle of his room. He really can't believe that she's in his room.

꩜ At one point in the night, Ángela would have one of her usual nightmares. This would wake up both of them. She would be clearly affected by that and Chema would ask her if there's something that he can do to help her. She would ask him to talk to her (y'know like when Chema told her that story in the hidden hallway).
