I RUN This Life

So much to catch up on!! It's been a little while y'all. There has been so much going on that I don't know whether I'm coming or going.

Hattiesburg Rise and Shine Half So, race recap for the #hcriseandshine half marathon. The course was challenging but not horrible. With gently rolling hills it definitely wasn't easy peasy.

Here Comes The Sun… Here comes the sun, here comes the sun and I say, it's alright!! I so love this mascot!!

Adjust Again! So, yesterday was supposed to be a run day but my genius self forgot to take my RLS pill to help me sleep Monday night.

Next Goal Next Chance at a 50k Finish This will be my next goal. The next chance for me to complete the ultra 50k distance.

Short Run I decided to take our blonde dog out for a short run today to get some energy out of her.

Sometimes You Have To Be Reminded Sometimes in life you have to be reminded of things. Awhile back I'd laid out this awesome bracelet to wear (thanks Katie!!) with an outfit but had forgotten it.

Frustration Abounds I totally love the slightly crazy look in her eyes! I'm so frustrated. It seems that (at the moment) everything is conspiring against me to hinder my marathon training.

Meal Prep, Arthritis and Fishing Y'all I love pizza. Always have and while I've given traditional pizza up (for the most part), I've found an awesome way to have a low fat/low carb version that tastes incredible and freezes well.

2017 Glukos Ambassador!! Y'all I am so excited!! I was accepted by @glukosenergy to become an ambassador for 2017. I am not one to go after a lot of ambassadorships but as soon as I heard about them from my local @runntri I read about and tried Glukos chews, I was hooked and immediately emailed them to see about an ambassadorship.

A LONG 20k Well y'all I did do a 20k and I felt so good I decided to go for another loop.

Gym Time and No Alcohol Whhaaaa!! OK I'm whining because my poor triceps have fallen and my biceps and delts have become undefined.
