Fist let’s acknowledge the fact the Captain America show advertisement was EVERYWHERE. And if Steve was performing for the military also then Bucky got to see them too, meaning at some point…

Bucky was probably getting over a long, frustrating, tiring, and honestly terrifying day just to get back to base and see a buff Steve in his bright and patriotic uniform advertising things and wondering what the heck Steve was doing while he was gone.

Not to mention that the posters was the first time Bucky heard of “Captain America”

Also everyone knew that the Steve Rogers was now Captain America. Meaning that Bucky didn’t have to call him that. And he probably got that name purely from the poster or hearing it when he was with Hydra.

^^^Bucky was fuming at Steve, yeah they were best friends but the guy had pretty much gotten used to being his guardian because of Steve’s recklessness.

Okay but have you thought about who had to carry Tony ? Cap was insanely injured in Endgame and Bucky would have felt as if Tony wouldn’t want him to and would have been helping Cap.

Yes there are the other Avengers but Pepper had to pull Peter away from Tony when he was dying, and I don’t think Peter would have wanted to let go of Tony. So yes “Cap had to pry the stones from Tony’s dead body, but who do you think carried Tony off the battlefield? The kid strong enough to carry a grown man who was attached to him like glue.

Even if Andrew Garfield’s Spiderman could have caught Gwen before she hit her head, the sudden stop and jerk of the web would have probably broken her spine and killed her either way.

Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice right?
