don't ask me to walk away

just some kimberly things:

she’s incredibly aware of how hard her parents have worked to be where they are in their lives, and is immensely grateful for everything they’ve done for her, however it’s a major reason as to why she downplays how deeply unpleasant it is to live with them. when they’re actually around to live with, that is.

music is something she’s passionate about, but never plans to pursue in any kind of serious manner, she worries it’ll lose what she loves about it if she does.

unless she’s really struggling mentally, kimberly is scarily good at balancing her ranger duties and her life. she credits the fact that she’s an actively competing gymnast, she learned to juggle those sorts of responsibilities early.

maintaining her position as one of the top students of her year, and a top gymnast, and the pink ranger obviously puts a lot of strain on her, and is incredibly stressful. she’s very diligent, however, about doing her best to make sure no one’s any the wiser. she very rarely cancels plans, or says no when asked for help with anything, unless she has absolutely zero other options.

kimberly would die for zack and that’s that on that.

she’s a notorious clothes thief and is utterly shameless about the number of shirts/sweatshirts/hoodies/hats that she’s kidnapped from her friends.

(she does it the most with tommy, obviously.)

she genuinely enjoys pink as a color! it’s always been a staple of her wardrobe.

kim’s very big on killing the idea that, just because she’s an athlete, she can’t also be feminine. just because she can (and will) throat punch someone, and can flawlessly pull off an arabian double front, doesn’t mean she must hate doing her makeup or her hair, or that she never dresses up and thinks high heels are the devil.

(she does think high heels are the devil but she also loves them, and the way they make her legs look, and how a pair of gorgeous shoes can really pull an outfit together.)
