Echoing the rec for @charmsandtealeaves's complete body of works! Especially Nothing Personal which is the epitome of badass Lily (and James) and a brilliant Sirius. Probably my favourite of hers.

Anything by @annasghosts and @neverenoughmarauders is also guaranteed to have top notch characterizations of all three of them.

i don’t know why i like you (but i do) by @firefeufuego doesn't have much Sirius in it, but James, Lily (and Snape!) as well as the whole setup are next level.

The Cokeworth Tales by @nodirectionhome--ao3 - not a multichap in the strict sense of the word but some of the stories are sufficiently long 😁 and Jily and Sirius absolutely SHINE in them.

My own multichaps: As If By Magic (canon compliant), Nom De Plume (canon divergent - not as much Sirius in it but I made sure to make him count) and the two-chapter Are You Experienced? which contains a good amount of him.

Everyone in this fandom has seeming forgotten that Andromeda was Sirius before Sirius was Sirius. She was the first to rebel, and everything that shaped Sirius’s character as the rebellious anti-blood purist came from his dear cousin. Sirius looked up at her the same way Regulus looked up at him, she was his role model and the original. I am soooo tired of seeing people erase female characters.
