No, no. Condoms do NOT protect against all STDs. Condoms only protect against STDs that transfer by bodily fluids/insertion you can still contract diseases spread through physical contact such as crabs. Its better than not wearing anything (female condoms work better at protecting yourself due to the added coverage) but the only foolproof way is to just not have sex.

anything that manifests in the general pubic area and not specifically on the penis ( = the condom covered area) condoms arent that effective such as Herpes, certain kinds of HPV and anything that causes warts, sores etc.. so get your vaccines on the ones you can, wear condoms and be aware when you are touching new gentals :)
