No matter how horrific the end results may be . āDO NOT GIVE UPā!
Yes, you will feel hopeless, helpless, depressed , burnt out. You will feel alone, lost, sorrowful and distressed
But, it is just for a time and a season. Just like the Bible verse Ecclesiastes 3 : 1-8 quotes ā For everything there is a seasonā.
I can remember parts of my life the sun stopped shinning for me, literally. Everything just felt heavy and I just canāt get away from it. Thatās how it felt. Never ever thought I would overcome my lost, my sorrows , my pains . All in all TRAUMA. I saw the whole world in Black & White instead of the vibrant colors I knew existed .
Everyone wanted me to get help and rejoin life, pick up the pieces and move on. I tried to, I wanted to, but I just had to lie in the mud with my arms wrapped around myself, eyes wide open , heart shattered, emotions unbalanced , mentally exhausted, grieving until I pulled through slowly but surely.
The pain and hurt donāt ever go away,ever!!At one point in time you feel fine and another time itās just hard but day by day you learn how to cope
It is not easy it never will be but what I can share with you is this .
Be grateful at all times, pray without ceasing, make memories, enjoy every moment. Lastly,make sure it is all worth it.
