wait so when i identify with my inner man, is it just like "yeah i alr have what i want in my imagination, so i dont have to worry" and then go on with my day? thats it? even if i dont feel any emotions, just like "i alr have it" ?
too simple, isn't it? especially when people try to complicate everything.
your only job is to fulfill everything in imagination because the "you" in imagination is the real immortal eternal you that can never die. body is something you're wearing on this plane to make you comfortable to have human experiences.

the summer revamp
as the weather gets warmer, I want to start focusing on both my outer and inner reality, nurturing the outer and taking care and being grateful of it will just manifest more love and abundance in your life . so lets first start with the inner world because it reflects in your outer world eventually .

nurture your inner world, as we are all aware the outer world eventually catches up to your inner world . so if you want love , start feeling loved within just forget about the outer world start feeling what you really want within, you donβt want your desire you want what it makes you feel, whatever you want give it to yourself within .

some things I would like to do this summer, since iβm starting uni soon I really want to lock in and learn alot and improve myself and comeback as a better version of myself with better habits easing into adulthood .
developing a morning routine

eating healthy and nourishing food high in protein , with a focus on gut health and skin foods
drinking lots of green tea and lemon water
drinking 2-3 L of water a day
studying and making nutritious recipes
cooking all my meals myself and buying groceries and keeping healthy food around, there are no restrictions tho .
fixing my eating habits & having a healthier relationship with food .
tracking my calories & intermittent fasting & practicing portion control
having a good self care routine skin, body & hair care , smelling really good and having soft skin
daily weekly and monthly maintenance routine
looking very presentable, through makeup ( we are avoiding but we need to learn a bit ) and nails and fashion
reading a lot of non- fiction self improvement books
replacing screen time with fiction books
keeping of instagram through deactivating, tiktok is not really a problem for me
avoiding makeup
10k steps everyday
going to the gym 3x a week
keeping my screen time below 3 hours
learning soft skills, like driving and excel
working on my knowledge and getting 2 hours of deep work everyday, consistently
working on my discipline and consistency
keep up with my social skills

taking it slow and not putting too much pressure on myself always start small, it really works .

something i would like to remind you guys on is no matter how much you try to change yourself on the outside but you never feel full on the inside through inner work and healing you will never be satisfied on the outside, therefore work on both but focus on the inside trust me when on your outside your trying your best to keep a happy environment and your grateful, kind and your working on nurturing and building a beautiful garden within to your liking you will be successful both ways and your inner world will eventually reflect too as long as your consistently nurturing with what you like .

i cannot stress enough the importance of turning inward and acting independently, particularly if you have been here a while without much change.
get to know yourself, get familiar with your own mind.
start setting yourself trust exercises everyday; when you come across a fear or dilemma that youβre uncertain about how to deal with, before you submit a question or reread the same material again, just sit with it for a little bit. even if itβs 5 minutes. spend just 5 minutes with it, with yourself. explore and inquire. ask yourself "can i handle this on my own?" and see.
you cannot be free of something you refuse to even look at. you first have to experiment before you can truly know your capability.
the sooner you start relying on yourself, the sooner you break the spell.

for those who struggle
i recently got sent an anon message about frustrations surrounding the law, and how non-dualism hasn't made it any easier for them, but actually just more frustrating to the point where they're officially walking away from everything and wanting to just go back to live as they knew it before any of this.
the truth is that, oversimplification runs rampant in this community. as well as, hiding behind the realities of how difficult it all can be, because people are afraid of affirming that it's difficult or identifying with difficulty... but when we hide from this experience and try to come off as if it doesn't affect us, while simultaneously trying to give out advice, there tends to be more damage than good happening. the oversimplifying isn't the fault of anyone, as the truth is most of this is simple. but in actually living it, it tends to not be simple at all. the ego will fight till the very end to keep things the way they are, even when they hurt us. and that is worth being honest about.
when it comes to non-identification and indifference, this is not meant to be used to as yet another way to pretend something isn't happening or push down your feelings or gaslight yourself. i see these posts like, "just ignore the 3d and don't identify with it and you would have already have what you wanted" ..... this doesn't actually really help anyone, unless you're a person who strives on that kind of mentality. but i think a lot of people need a little more gentleness and realness, otherwise this journey wouldn't have been so difficult and painful. we'd all just get it overnight, but clearly, this community stays extremely active for a reason. because the million ways its already been explained still leaves so many confused and frustrated.
indifference is a daily practice, and it is NOT one that includes pretending something doesn't exist in exchange for getting what you want. it is actually, the extreme opposite. it's by acknowledging what's there... and allowing that to be what it is. the non-identification comes in from how you choose to see YOURSELF in relation to whatever that thing is. "this is painful, this sucks, i hate it... but that doesn't mean tomorrow won't be better for me. it doesn't mean my life is doomed..." etc etc etc. it's this very small flip within yourself, that actually leads to results. not trying to force yourself into believing you aren't even who you are when you've identified as yourself this entire life. remember that god's name is I AM, and literally nothing else.
and doing something to get something else is just... not it. it's time for you to truly want to feel better, regardless of anything else. that's why so much of this starts to get trickier than it needs to be.
non-identification is literally as simple as realizing... you are bound to no past, and you have the opportunity of every future you can possibly imagine. why ? because non-identification is literally just non-attachment. when you're not attached to this idea of who you were, of the struggles you used to face, you're able to allow in different experiences. and y'all... this as simple as being able to say to yourself, "i am allowed to experience something new" and don't let your fear of the unknown stop you from experiencing something new.
here's where it doesn't feel so simple though. how can you just stop identifying with this whole human self when the traumas of the past keep coming back to haunt you ? thats the thing. you don't just stop identifying with it. you let this be a process, a non-linear path to liberation. slowly, but surely, if you keep at it everyday, even when you feel you're only going backwards... one day you will realize how much more free you are. how much more easier it is to move into a new beautiful story for yourself, one that isn't contiminated by your past. but let today be today ! and whatever may come, let it come.
this is why just focusing on yourself is so helpful because if you're simply doing the best you can for yourself and your feeling state, the daily dramas are no longer your ruler.
the gag is that, the more you just do these small daily practices of sitting with yourself, choosing to not engage in the stories you used to identify with in the past, and allow new experiences to come to you... the more easy it gets, the more the truth of yourself begins to show itself on its own. you have to realize that the days are going to keep passing by anyway... so stop counting them, and just commit to yourself.
i also want to quickly note that so many seem to leave out the fact that behind all of this, within the pure nothingness that is also everything. behind our human identifications and all the things we have experienced in our lives, there is unconditional love. and when we actually begin to stop identifying so deeply with who we thought we are, we are lead right back to unconditional love. love in its purest form. so, use love as your guide when things get too difficult. it's the truest thing to who you really are.
you have to let allow yourself to experience the beautiful, despite how strange it may feel. because it's going to feel strange if you've never really experienced it before, and the ego is going to fight because even when it's good, the unknown is still strange and scary. and you never have to be perfect at this to get to experience the things you want, believe it or not. i know that i still have a long way to go on this journey, there may be much more time before i ever get to fully experience the promise in full, but that hasn't stopped me from experiencing the desires of my heart on a daily basis. that's because i used these simple things, these small little flips in how i chose to see life. even if the anxiety never went away, or it was a more difficult day full of tears... this is way more possible for you than you realize. if only you're willing to allow your life to be different than it's always been. just that small allowance, opens up all the doors.

hi bb!! do you think you could give me advice? when i manifest 'big things' and i day dream about it or feel the wishfufilled, it never happens in my 3d. i know its not the goal but its so confusing. like i was day dreaming and visualizing me in a band in front of like 700 people with a heart shaped guitar and the guitar showed up on my fyp like a couple of days later, but when i visualize stuff thats like i said 'big' it never comes true and its just like .. little things from the daydream yk?
you arenβt identifying with the version of yourself who has all their desires. instead youβre identifying with the version of yourself who never receives their big manifestations. the 3d is just doing itβs job in reflecting you.
all it takes is a change of self. realizing youβre free to feel whatever you want, the only person stopping you is yourself.
identify with the inner man who already HAS all they want. you donβt have to identify with every feeling or thought that passes you, you know. just let them pass through you without fighting them and without identifying yourself with them. so when you feel that your manifestations arenβt working, donβt get lost in that. instead take a step back and look at that thought from your true perspective, the inner man. do you want to feel that? no. then you donβt have to! the only one making you feel bad is you. youβre free to feel and identify yourself with anything you want. from that itβs easy to feel something great. it works so much better than endlessly fighting your feelings and thoughts.

I got into manifesting because it was my last hope to get things the rest of the world declared "impossible" to attain. I wanted health, wealth, beauty and the law gave me so much more than that. It gave me freedom, the freedom to feel anything i want without asking "but" "why" or "how" i can feel loved by someone and my imagination doesn't say "but they don't love you", i could feel excited for tomorrow for no reason and won't say "but tomorrow is just another day", i could feel like the most beautiful person to walk on earth and it won't say "but your nose doesn't form the perfect slope" i can feel confident, i can feel like there is nothing to fear, i can feel like everything is going to be fine and most importantly i can feel fulfilled. Everything i could ever imagine can be fulfilled in my imagination instantly and without conditions and no one has to know what i am doing in my imagination since its my personal reality where i truly am the queen, the goddess. I suffer when i reject the gifts its offering me by calling it "fake" or "just in my head" and then complain when 3d precisely reflects just that, there is nothing wrong with the 3d in fact its doing its job perfectly, its me, i refuse to be fulfilled until my desires appear in the outer world but the 3d won't reflect something that isn't imagined first. The 3d doesn't care if what you are imagining is good or bad its job is to just reflect regardless and so it does. So when i learn to accept what imagination is giving me i say "with imagination by my side i have nothing to fear"

I need some advice pleaseβ¦so here it is since 2020 that I manifest my db, I went through a lot of methods of all kinds like many people, but without ever. Normally, when I was not feeling well, I was able to encourage myself. I discovered not long ago the states, it changed a lot my vision of things and I was very optimistic at the beginning but recently I am more and more complexed with my weight/body and the sun starts to come back so I have to buy clothes (which I didn't do anymore because of my complex for years) even if I feel good in my 4D, I have the impression that my 3D catches up with me. I get depressed a lot I don't know what to do anymore I feel like I'm missing out on my life by dint of hidingβ¦ I'd like to lose 16kg, I know it's not the kind of state I should be in but right now I just really need adviceβ¦ thanks <3 :(

waitwaitwaitβ¦. i think this is your problem. you need to stop giving the 3d so much power and seeing the 3d and 4d as separate.
the 3d is your mind reflected. it always reflects you. the 3d is not something you HAVE to be afraid of! no one is doing that to you but yourself. it just shows you what you assume within. donβt try to force a change in the 3d, you can only change by changing SELF. i know what itβs like to constantly be scared of the 3d and worry about it. even when youβre 'trying to manifest' but at the same time you are scared of what the 3d shows you, you can never really fulfill yourself.
here i explained that you need to identify with the INNER MAN. right now you are doing the opposite, you FEEL like you are stuck in this outer world with circumstances you donβt like. but thatβs just tricking yourself into forgetting who you are at your core: the inner man. you are always the creator, no matter what, you constantly create what you see in the outer world. you create assumptions, fears, doubts, worries etc. but that does not mean you have to FEEL them and identify with them! once i became aware that i donβt have to FEEL like something i see outside or hear in my mind is true, i stopped caring about the 3d. if i do not feel (identify with) it, itβs not important to me and doesnβt say anything about me.
i think fear is what stops most people. "but what if xyz happens? what if it doesnt work? what ifβ¦." where is all of that happening? in your mind. and who has complete control over your mind? YOU.
this is something you can do when the fear hits that i discovered while i was really struggling: make yourself aware that you are creating ALL OF THIS. then instead of forcing the fear away or forcing good feelings, let the fear pass over you while identifying with the inner man and see that even though it is there, you do not have to identify with it. when i did this the fear turned into pure freedom and adrenaline after a while, it was such an insane experience ngl. it felt so good and freeing. i think iβll make a separate post for fear sometime to explain it further.
from there you can fulfill yourself in your imagination without the constant fear nagging you. but itβs important that you stay persistent without falling back into old states or identifying with your doubts. you created them, remember? you can choose what you feel. whatβs helpful here is seeing the 3d as a dream or (literally) as your mind. if you see something you do not like, remind yourself thatβs not you anymore and you already KNOW you have all you want because you are the creator. you donβt have to feel urgency or ask "where are my desires?" because you already have them IN IMAGINATION, in your mind, the only thing that gets reflected.

ex: if you think everyone is mean within, everyone will be mean in your mental circumstances and that is what also gets reflected in the 3D. (SELF = what you have, are and experiencing within that you accepted to be true)
so just focus on how they are within and take out everything about the 3D and them (in the 3D!)
ex. if someone is mean in the 3D: leave the 3D alone, (leave how βthey areβ in the 3D and dont feed in or give attention to how βthey areβ in the 3D), go within and experience they are nice within and accept it is true in imagination!
experiencing is really just giving (the feeling of) reality to something in imagination
remember: βas far as i am concerned is am who i want to be. all i am waiting for is confirmationβ
as far as you are concerned, you are it/have it/experienced it now within. just know the external haves the confirm to imagination.
alsoalsoalso you dont try to βchange themβ mentally, you just accept they are it (within.) mentally!
my own success story with this but since iβve known these people since I was born iβve seen how eipyo actually works & itβs crazyy like when i was super disappointed ( even though they are just reflecting SELF ) I went within my imagination for comfort & imagined them being totally different and maybe a week later THEY COMPLETELY CHANGED to what I was imagining I tried to gaslight myself into believing it was a coincidence but it was crazy because in that same week I heard things that I imagined hearing I cried because It hit me like a truck that everyone is just reflecting SELF . leave the world alone and go within .
you are not a physical being.
you are not your outer circumstances, and you are not your mind or your body. your outer identity is nothing but a mask that you willingly choose to wear, and your circumstances are things you choose to be aware of.
you are awareness; aware of this mind and this body. your awareness is large, infinite. you are simply used to limiting yourself to a physical body and a mind, but you are not either. this body is from the Earth, and this mind a byproduct of society, peers, content consumed. nothing can come from your mind which hasn't been put in.
you are the awareness that animates the body, the energy that brings life to it. similarly, it is you that gives energy to the mind. or, more like, the mind that takes energy from you -- you wrongly identify yourself to your mind/body, and in turn, it becomes draining, hard to bear. such is the inevitable fate for wrongful identification. but, no worries. because you are not it.
i can understand that people have difficulty to "view themselves as awareness" for it is a new topic for many. therefore, try this exercise before you sleep. tell me how it goes. you will likely have the best sleep of your life, in a state of tabula rasa
un-identification exercise before sleep!
think of all in your life. your 3d circumstances, your past, your day today, your body, your room, your bed, your mind, your personality. think of all that comes to mind in terms of "your life."
mentally push all of that away. one by one, push them all away. every single thing that comes to your mind. throw it. they are not real, and they are not you. throw away the circumstances, throw away your past, throw away today, throw away your physical body. they are not real and not you. throw each and every one of them away.

when we want to feel we can simply imagine hereβs a tiny exercise β¦. imagine you are in a big empty seashore , thereβs no one but you you run blissfully in the sand and play with the water β¦. take a few seconds to imagine that and come back to this post β¦ how did that feel to you ? didnβt you within your imagination feel free didnβt you feel like no one can stop you ? different people get different feelings from different things . feelings come from imagination . think of a really dark time in your life . think of something scary . think of a time in your life where you achieved something . think of your comfort person hugging you . think of the time you got a really good grade .. each of those will bring certain feelings attached to them .thatβs how you feel . we simply imagine .
IMAGINATION >>> STATE >>> FEELINGS >>> THOUGHTS
all of them flow in response to one another it is natural . β‘
But that is what I WANT. I want to feel that, I want to experience that. I want to imagine that and believe that. That is what I want. Why reject myself from that experience? Neville is saying, "What if NOTHING could embarrass you?" What if your world was safe? What if your world always worked toward the fulfillment of your desires instead of having opposition? When I assume it, I do not care about how it will happen or when, or even if it is possible. All I care about is changing my entire feeling to exactly what I want. Then it's own strange way, it grows in my world.This is what I mean by giving yourself what you truly want. Find something deep that you want, and dare to assume it. This is what truly changes the "self" and that "self" will be expressed.~ edward art

well . thatβs up to you β¦ it depends on what you desire what do we actually want . you see we donβt run around desires if they didnβt give us some type of feeling . for example you want to be a top student , you will probably be concerned with the satisfaction and the validation from your friends and family .. so give yourself that within your imagination . feel it in fullness . the whole point of manifesting if feeling of fulfillment with your desires . when you imagine remove the 3d . the point is fulfilling yourself in the 4d and feeling what you want to truly feel .
When you experience something you disliked and it happened a few years ago, where do you think that experience is taking place? If you fear the future, where do you think that is taking place? It is all happening within your Mind, "self." Past/future only exist in the mind. And you have the luxury to change what you wish in your mind. Don't think in these terms of the past or future. It becomes too confusing on what exactly to do. Remember: "No one or nothing to change but self." The way you change self is to imagine with feeling anything you want. It must be something you want. Not something you think you should want. Or something you have to want or else. Remove consequences from the mind. Remove all punishments and pardon yourself from guilt. Remove having to get things. Remove that stress. You do this by simply imagining what you want with the feeling of actual freedom to do so. ~ edward art
