5AM WAKEUP CALL!⏰🌄 If a few months ago you would’ve told me I’d be waking up every day at 5AM to go to the gym, I would’ve laughed at you. BUT, here I am! Not going to lie, it took a lot of patience, self motivation, and sacrifices. I no longer stay up to binge watch TV, eat my pantry, or go out drinking with friends... Every night, I prepare myself for a good nights rest and set myself up for success by going to bed early😴🌙 It’s been hard. There has been setbacks. But I keep pushing through. And it wouldn’t be fair to say I did this alone. Sometimes, it takes a village. @mizzzchelseaaa @maddydaviss are doing the damn thing too!👏🏼 We continue to fill each other with motivation and accountability every single day🤍 Waking up early has taught me to put myself first, and to recognize that with sacrifices come accomplishments✨ I changed my lifestyle for this💪🏼 While I recognize that this could not be a forever thing, because life could be very different in a couple months/years. I know I have what it takes to accomplish what is important to me.
