✯ i was in my country’s version of “minimum security prison” for (“only”) a few months, and it was so exactly the same as oitnb it’s uncanny, so some of my posts might be about my experiences;
✯ just to get my prison lore out of the way: i was in for drugs (which was how i made a very comfortable living), over 4 months, but got early release — but if i’m caught again i’ll be lucky if i get at least 6 months, so I’m a good girl now (somewhat);

✯ i’m a hardcore junkie and still do drugs, but only like once a week since i’m poor now;
✯ i was also in a very good & well known med school on a nice % scholarship for good grades, you know, before shit went down, but i can’t afford to finish it now that i don’t sell anymore (and after doing 5 out of 6 years, man…);
✯ i’m also sapphic (like a 5 on the Kinsey scale) and, yeah, i did have a prison gf, but i’m not super proud of how i handled that (grill me for details when i’m drunk);
✯ i’ll try to make this more about oitnb than my own experiences, even though those overlap so much.
