i think we’re overstaffed tomorrow…I’m very tempted to ask about using vacation time and going home early in the day…

think it’s the amount of stress but otherwise my body is saying fuck you 🥲

flashbacks triggered by literally the dumbest fucking thing and now i can’t sleep

feeling like i might be burning out a little bit

Round 2 of trying to use hearing aids. First time was tricky and I gave up really fast. This time it’s a necessity to be more patient and try again. My hearing has been horrendous lately and I’m over not being able to hear my loved ones.

Re-reading some old messages from people who used me for so long…people I let manipulate me for so long…because I couldn’t accept i was just a reaction to them… for years… and then reading when I couldn’t do it anymore and cut them out of my life…

got yelled at and called some names at work today, and i’m still anxious about it

completely forgot to try plugging in the laptop last night, i was gonna work on the draft this morning over coffee… damn

i can’t fucking sleep and i work an 11.5 hr shift that starts in 4 hours…

kind of want to write a book sometime in my life

i’ve been sober for 4 years as of this weekend

i’m back to feeling completely numb
