Zaros gets badly injured and the Earis has to try and patch him up, so Zaros, in muchly pain, is trying to walk them through the steps of what they need to do to heal them.

The Earis is panicked, but is trying their best to hide it. They’re not doing a great job and their mask slips, they lament how they can’t lose him again, and how after everything that happened they wouldn’t be able to live with themself if he got badly hurt again because of them.

they confess that they love him, they care for him too deeply to see him hurt like this.

they manage to get him patched up and the two sit in silence for a moment before Zaros breaks it, asking if they really meant what they said, to which they quietly admit that yes, they meant every word.
