Self care tip: stay in wudu

One thing I learned is to be careful with my words. Looking back as an adult , I realized that Allah tested me through something I once thought I could never relate to. I was a teenager careless with speech, authobillah. Now as I am way older I see the Hikmah in making Dua and ask Allah to protect us from the harms of the this world. Subhan’Allah so much wisdom over the years I can simply cry and thank Allah for the good🤍
