Aikama has good tutorial videos for warping up and weaving with both simple band heddle and pick up pattern heddle! They are in Finnish but I think the visuals are clear enough even if you don't know the language.

their line on LGBT rights is one of the most advanced out of any communist formation worldwide. they hold that the liberation of gay and trans people cannot be achieved without the liberation of the proletariat and peasantry, and vice versa. they've held this line for a long time - they were fighting for trans people back when most other left-wing parties (such as the RCP, pre-Avakian-cult) held reactionary positions on their role in society. here's an article with more context on gay and trans people in the CPP.
