Sapphire Gem Mani Monday Step By Step

Step 1- On clean, dry nails, apply Deborah Lippmann base coat of choice (we used Ridge Filler Base Coat) and let dry. Using Va Va Voom, apply one coat in the shape of a triangle at the base of the nail. Wait two minutes to dry. The triangle can be any width and height that flatters your nail shape.

Step 2 – Apply a second coat of Va Va Voom over the triangle shape and wait two minutes to dry.

Step 3 – Using a striping brush, outline the triangle of Va Va Voom with Rolling In The Deep to create the sharp points of the triangle shape. You can also outline the side walls of your nails, which will help create sharper edges where the two colors meet at the base of your nail.

Step 4 – Apply one coat of Rolling In The Deep to the rest of your nail. Wait two minutes to dry and apply another coat for full coverage.

Step 5 – Apply one coat of Deborah Lippmann top coat of choice (we used Gel Lab Top Coat) for a glossy, jewel-like shine.
